Responsibilities: As a Project Manager, you will:
  • Oversee projects, programs, and portfolios from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to NEC/ JCT suite of contracts
  • Establish effective communication channels with clients and internal design teams
  • Conduct feasibility studies, site surveys, and financial management, including budget monitoring and contract administration
  • Provide regular project reports to clients, overseeing project inspection and acceptance procedures
Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you should have:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering or project management field
  • Ideally, one or working towards one of the following qualifications: MRICS, MCIOB, APMP, PRINCE2
  • Additional experience in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and procurement approaches is advantageous
Experience and Skills Required:
  • Previous consultancy construction project management experience in the infrastructure sector
  • Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Project and similar digital tools
