- Our client is a key provider of engineering, installation and maintenance services for the renewable energy industry. Due to growth they now require a Project Manager to work from their busy North East office.
The Role
Working within the Project Management team, this role will involve overall management of all aspects of a project life cycle from concept to operational support.
Monitor project performance and ensure that project reporting is swift and accurate.
Deliver scope of works against a contract and manage all commercial aspects.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, steering group, clients and resource providers
Establish regular communications with external and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout the project on day-to-day activities and any project changes.
Develop Key Client relationships and upsell the services of the Company for future opportunities.
Monitor project metrics, performance and ensure that project reporting is swift and accurate in line with procedures.
The Person
Have at least 5 years of project management experience, ideally in Offshore Wind, Construction or Engineering industries.
Engineering, business, and project management training and development.
Extensive hands-on project management experience in high value projects.
Strong working knowledge of technical disciplines sufficient to coordinate internal subject matter experts and resources.
