- We are looking for Graduate and Consultant level Quantity Surveyors to join an esteemed team of QSs in South Tyneside with offices across the country.
Sectors you may work on include education, residential, healthcare, regeneration, leisure, student accommodation, commercial, retail and local authority.
Consultant QS:
We are looking for ambitious and motivated individuals to join our cost management team, playing a key role in delivering projects from inception to completion. Ideally, candidates will hold a relevant degree and possess a technical background suited to the core services offered by Identity Consult. They should also have the ability to work across various sectors, including higher education, residential, healthcare, and commercial projects.
We encourage career progression and expect candidates to demonstrate a commitment to becoming chartered or, at the very least, to participate in a program to enhance their skills and knowledge to meet industry standards.
Candidates must be customer-focused, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
Graduate QS:
