Description
Our client is a leading provider of engineering solutions for oil and gas, power generation and petrochemical projects. Due to recent workload they require a Mechanical Engineer to work from their busy North East office.

The Role

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting projects through detailed report writing and Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, analysis, and optimisation of Gas Turbine Auxiliary Equipment.
Participate in Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) activities.
Support project teams with detailed report writing and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
Perform technical evaluations and provide engineering solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Participate in design reviews and provide technical input.

The Person

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Gas Turbine Auxiliary Equipment.
Proven experience in supporting FEED activities.
Strong technical writing skills with the ability to produce detailed engineering reports.
Proficiency in engineering software and tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
