- AJP are currently looking for a HR Administrator to work for a large fabrication company based in Wallsend.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure emails are answered and responded to straight away in order to achieve seamless communication.
- Help with set up of Board Room/Conference Room, direct clients/customers to right department.
- To be the first point of contact to visitors and help them with any queries.
- Ensuring timely and effective answering of telephone calls.
- Screening and directing calls appropriately.
- To ensure that visitor files are kept up-to-date as well as other filing systems.
- Prepare reference checks, leaver letters and all associated documents required in the employment cycle.
- Input new starters onto HR system and ensure that all personnel files and electronic personnel information is kept up to date and complete.
- Assist with HR projects as and when required
Contract role with the view of being permanent for the right candidate.
