Job Description: On behalf of our client, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Project Manager to join their dynamic team based in Wakefield, Leeds. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with a keen interest in the construction field to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing and delivering various construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Support senior project managers in coordinating project activities, resources, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys, collecting data and preparing reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Participate in contract administration and design processes.
  • Support the development and implementation of planned maintenance programs.
  • Contribute to building cost reinstatement assessments and defects analysis and rectification.
Qualifications:
  • A construction-related degree or a strong interest in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project).
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
