To support their expanding workload, we are looking to strengthen our building surveying team by hiring a skilled RICS Building Surveyor or a motivated Graduate Surveyor with a few years of experience. We are committed to supporting the professional development of our team and will provide comprehensive support throughout the RICS qualification process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed building surveys, inspections, and reports across a diverse range of projects, including heritage properties.
- Provide expert advice on building issues, including repairs, maintenance, and restoration.
- Assist in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Support the preparation of tender documents, contracts, and cost estimates.
