Location: Port of Blyth Facility
Position: Full-time, Permanent
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leader in the offshore renewable energy sector, for a Spares Coordinator at their Port of Blyth facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong customer service background and experience in technical specifications and inventory control, specifically within the offshore or engineering environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing spare parts orders, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate inventory records to support customers in maintaining and operating offshore renewable energy equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee spare parts orders and deliveries
- Review technical specifications and drawings
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate records
- Communicate with customers and internal teams
- Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in customer service and technical specifications
- Background in spare parts or inventory control within an offshore or engineering environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IFS software
