Our client, a leading supplier of maritime technology, is currently seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their team in Newcastle City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with strong administration experience who is looking to progress their career within the HR field.
Key Responsibilities:
- General office administration and support
- Staff mobilisation, ensuring the smooth coordination of staff movement and deployment
- Assisting with HR-related tasks, including recruitment and employee records management
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Handling confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is desirable
- A keen interest in progressing within the HR field
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
