- Description
- Our client provides Security Systems installation, maintenance and project management for commercial properties across the country. Due to growth they now require a Security Engineer to work from their North East hub.
The Role
To ensure at all times that all systems are installed / maintained in accordance with all current British & European standards and all procedural instructions to be followed at all times.
The role consists of the Installation of a variety of Security Systems:-
- CCTV
- Access Control
- Alarms ( domestic and commercial )
- Automated Barriers / Gates
Liaising with both domestic and commercial clients.
Providing first line support for fault finding and servicing of security systems,
Providing on call and call-out cover on a shared rota basis.
The Person
You should have previous experience in a similar role and be comfortable with the below:
Liaising with clients
Installing equipment
Adhering to regulations
Daily / weekly equipment checks
Reporting faulty equipment
Restocking vehicles.
Good housekeeping of your vehicle
Liaising with police and local authorities
