- Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 3D Inventor Design Draughtsperson to join our Mechanical Engineering team. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers as part of a project team, contributing to the design and development of innovative solutions. You will also be expected to work independently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with Engineers to create detailed design drawings and specifications.
· Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
· Provide technical support and guidance to the project team, as required.
· Work independently to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Design Draughtsperson in the Mechanical Engineering sector.
· Proficiency in Autodesk CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Inventor).
· Experience in the use of Teamcenter PLM would be advantageous.
· Strong understanding of mechanical design principles.
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Prior knowledge of Subsea technologies and/or cable lay equipment is highly beneficial.
