- Project Manager role working for a leading project management, design and engineering consultancy.
The organization works in various sectors on numerous projects, including: education, retail, residential, innovation and health. They are dedicated to training and developing their staff to work and perform at a high level.
The organization is looking to grow their project management teams across their North-West offices (Manchester, Warrington and Liverpool).
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver PM services across various sectors supported by the Senior PM.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Develop project delivery plans to ensure objectives are met
- Perform to a high standard in fast-paced environments
- Strive for continuous improvement
Person Specification:
-Construction related/ Relevant degree.
- Working towards chartership
- At least 3 years experience in relevant field
- Consultancy / client-side experience preferable
-Experience with JCT and/or NEC contracts
-Knowledge of public and private sector clients
- Experience with Development, Education, Property or Central and Local government sector projects.
