- Opportunity to work in a Regional BIM Manager role for a large multinational consultancy due to lots of work being created within the Building Design practice.
As part of the role, you will maintain lines of communication with National BIM Leads, regional/studio leadership and project teams, while also assisting in the development of goals and project plans to meet regional and project objectives. You will support the region in successful work winning, adoption and delivery of project Digital & BIM, as well as acting as a mentor to project teams on the best practices and solutions for delivering a project through its lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Capacity to meet client/ project/ practice needs.
- Confidence in leading and team-working
- Ability to communicate with a variety of audiences
- Driven to pursue continued education in Digital & BIM
-Lead a dedicated regional BIM team to meet the demands of the region, projects and clients.
- Support with the Implementation of the national practice strategy for upskilling staff within Digital & BIM.
- Manage regional Digital & BIM related skills gaps and identify requirements for improvement and opportunities for growth across all skill levels.
- Provide one-to-one mentoring on 'Best Practice' workflows to project teams as required.
- Identify and communicate any project or regional training needs and requirements
- Attendance at industry conferences and provide feedback to the wider DTech team.
