- Project Management opportunity within the Real Estate sector of a large Multinational Project management and Cost Consultancy (Northeast).
Opportunity within the Newcastle or Stockton offices.
This role provides the opportunity to work on major projects across the Northeast. Real estate projects you would be working on would be healthcare, education and commercial ones. The role offers the opportunity to work on major projects, valued up to £250M.
In this role, the main objective is to ensure that client objectives are met, while acting as the key day-to-day point of contact.
Candidates will ideally have:
- Experience in major real estate projects
- Experience managing projects form conception to completion.
- Chartership/ Be in the process of achieving chartership
- Background in consulting/ Client-facing roles
