Salary: £25,000 + per annum
Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional seeking a challenging role in business support administration? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as a Business Support Administrator / Office Manager in a successful Construction Consultancy.
Responsibilities:
- Spreadsheets and Data Management: Proficiently handle data entry and management using spreadsheets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to support various business functions.
- Invoicing: Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless financial transactions.
- Office Controls: Implement and oversee office controls to enhance efficiency and streamline day-to-day operations. Maintain a well-organized and functional workspace.
- Project Data Sheets: Assist in the creation and management of project data sheets. Ensure that project information is accurately documented and readily accessible.
- Presentations: Develop and format professional presentations for internal and external clients. Use your creative skills to visually enhance presentations.
- Assisting in Accounting: Collaborate with the accounting team to provide support in various financial tasks.
- Proven experience in business support administration or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
