Join our client's team as a Senior Project Manager and be part of their mission to manage M&E capital replacement and refurbishment works in a healthcare setting. Reporting directly to Estates Managers, this role requires exceptional personal attributes and extensive experience, transcending professional qualifications. Technical expertise in managing MEP highly serviced buildings will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities:
  • Delivering Project Management services to clients across various sectors and project stages.
  • Managing multidisciplinary teams of internal and external design consultants.
  • Cultivating existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
  • Overseeing project budget and schedule, forecasting expenditures, and reporting any cost or time constraints.
  • Exploring business development opportunities through new or existing networks.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate:
  • Experience in managing projects within healthcare settings.
  • Consultancy design development and construction project management expertise.
  • Proven capability to lead successful delivery of multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software for effective reporting.
